Kadriye- Belek Golf Society News!!

The first of our October Competitions was held at the Montgomerie on Tuesday October 5^th. Once again we had a very good turn out, with around 30 Members taking part. Prize Giving took place on the Club House Terrace afterwards.

We would like to thank Mike Gillender and Brian White for all their assistance at the beginning and end of the Competition. Due to Michael recovering in Hospital after an operation, I certainly needed some help with the Score Cards etc…!!

As the Competition had two “start times”, we gave Prizes for 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th Places as it was not possible for everyone to take part with Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive.

The Winner was Gert Schaap (pictured left) with 40 Points. In 2^nd Place was Mo Scatchard with 39 Points, who unfortunately could not be there for Prize Giving. In 3^rd Place was Mark Medley with 37 Points (pictured right) and in 4^th Place with 34 Points, and who also could not stay for the Prize Giving, was Michael Myerscough
